We were tasked with positioning the college as the biggest and best provider of post-16 study in the Tees Valley in regional and national media.
Cool Blue formulated a message matrix for the college to ensure the right messages went to the right audiences and created an on-going PR campaign plan to ensure maximum coverage across a broad range of topics and platforms.
