Huntsman, a multi-billion chemical company employing more than 5,000 people, was relocating its global headquarters to Titanium House, at Wynyard, in the North East of England.
As one of the biggest manufacturers of titanium dioxide in the world, Huntsman wanted the interior of the building to reflect its place in the ranking. The new HQ was to be somewhere inspirational where innovation could be found – and that represented the values and ethos of the multi-national company.
Solutions & Results:
Every wall and every detail was designed by Cool Blue to be in keeping with Huntsman’s brief to create a global community, where workers from around the world would feel comfortable, appreciated and work to their optimum potential.
From an employee recognition screen in reception to a multi-media centre in the on-site bistro; from wall and screen graphics to art and photography, each space delivers key messages of creativity, innovation, team work and high performance.
Huntsman was delighted with the transformation and commissioned a souvenir book to distribute to their employees to mark the opening of the new HQ by global Chairman Jon Huntsman.
Cool Blue was also commissioned to bring a creative eye to the near-by Innovation Centre, which was to be the home of the company’s scientists, technicians and innovators.
