The Task:

Blurring the lines between hotel, home and private members’ club, House of Kipp is an exciting new brand offering luxury serviced apartments in the heart of Covent Garden.

In the first instance Cool Blue was tasked with creating and developing a brand identity, including name, logo and tone of voice, that would target and appeal to an audience of young professionals and entrepreneurs on the go.

Solutions & Results:

The name ‘House of Kipp’ combines connotations of home with a play on the British slang word kip: to nap or rest. The strapline ‘Sleep in Style’ reinforces the apartments’ design credentials combining contemporary interiors with the latest technologies.

Cool Blue used the brand identity to develop a comprehensive website for House of Kipp. Easy to navigate, the site provides a clear call to action to book and uses lifestyle content that engages consumers and encourages repeat visits. All imagery for the site was art directed by Cool Blue and all content written by our copy writers.

Cool Blue has also now initiated a PR and social media campaign to increase brand awareness.
