The Task:

Spiral Cellars is the established expert in wine storage for the home, specialising in unique premium wine cellars and bespoke wine rooms.

The brand challenged us to review its website as it did not reflect its high end position or clearly showcase the quality and innovation behind the product portfolio.

Spiral Cellars also tasked Cool Blue to increase organic traffic, boost natural search ranking and provide a clear path throughout the site to promote content.

Cool Blue designed a modern, visually inviting and easy to use website to introduce the brand. We worked closely with Spiral Cellars to rationalise its portfolio and visitors enjoy ample opportunity to access detailed product information, essential for consumers and industry specifiers alike. The site also encourages visitors to get in touch directly with the brand including a brochure request and live chat facility on every page.

The site was constructed with a ‘mobile first’ approach to ensure we were able to deliver seamless user experience from mobile to tablet to desktop. Through the incorporation of blog content and social sharing, the site links product information to lifestyle content and vice versa.

Since launch, website traffic has increased 20%, bounce rate has dropped by over 25% and enquiries have doubled.
