Through the Looking Glass
For years I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be inside the coveted ELLE office at Broadwick Street.
I’m a huge fan of the magazine, so I’m sure you can imagine just how excited I was when those at ELLE Towers introduced the ‘ELLE Fashion Cupboard.’
Now, not only do I get access to what both the fashion and beauty teams are reviewing and interested in, but I get to see the hottest trends for next season before they’ve even hit the pages.
The offices now revolve around a state-of-the-art glass-fronted fashion cupboard, that I’d love in my home quite frankly.
The see-through closet offers fashion-lovers extra insight into what goes on behind the doors of the magazine.
With instant updates of the latest call-ins and product reviews, it’s giving every woman their fashion fix before the pages hit the printer.
Editor Lorraine Candy has been instrumental in refreshing the magazine, making sure it keeps up with the social media Joneses.
Not only does ELLE provide impressive content across its digital and social media platforms, but it now gives its readers access to more than just the glossy pages.
It’s this extra helping of content which gives so many of us an instant social media fashion fix..
ELLE is marching ahead in the digital race – a fine example of how print and digital can work together seamlessly, keeping readers engaged and their appetites for fashion fulfilled.
It’s this kind of forward thinking that keeps ELLE as a must-read magazine and a constant part of my online life. All I can say is, I’m hooked.
