Since 1972 Libra Interiors has been sourcing and selling authentically crafted high-quality furniture and accessories from around the world.

Libra’s business was built on trade activity. When it turned to direct-to-consumer for the first time, our team was tasked with building a website to attract a completely new consumer audience, highlighting the incredible story behind the brand and showcasing its extensive and unique product portfolio.

Our approach

It was clear from the outset that a consumer-facing website must connect with customers in the right way, amplifying the authenticity, craftsmanship and principles of the Libra brand while boosting conversion and accelerating sales.

Our technical team built a bespoke integration for consumer purchases, leading to automations that saved countless hundreds of hours of content input and management, making the project viable for Libra. We also integrated leading payment technology, enabling the latest payment methods such as Apple and Google Pay. This made every product page a checkout page, reducing typical barriers to sale.

We segmented products into clear aesthetic themes, bringing together furniture and accessories from across their collection to develop marketable looks to consumers. These themes acted as the main pillars for the consumer-facing website, providing an easy path to purchase in only a few clicks.

These digital and audience engagement strategies were underpinned by a change of social media and email strategy with regular A/B testing and performance led decisions being the driving force behind the multiple consumer touchpoints.
