Multiyork’s buying journey is complex – customers choose a sofa style, size, fabric and finishing touches – so the website needs to guide users through the process easily and enjoyably, making it a premium experience.

We created a new clean and visual design to showcase lifestyle photography and displaying ‘most loved sofas’ and blog content to make the site more engaging. Product pages where updated so customers can see their sofa in their chosen fabrics, while fabric samples are automatically uploaded to a cart for home delivery.
