Taking the development’s name as inspiration, we created a stylish visual concept using an acorn icon and elegant oak leaf design. A colour palette of peach, dark grey and white gave the brand a clean and minimalist look. The tone of voice we developed was familiar and accessible, epitomised in the tagline ‘Happy homes from little acorns grow’.

All of these core concepts were combined with natural photography shot from within The Acorns stylish show homes.

The design concept was very versatile, allowing us to implement it across online, print and outdoor materials.

We tailored the design for an internal fit-out of the marketing suite, outdoor flags and road signs, as well as delivering a 32-page brochure, a new website, advertising collateral and social media skins.

We even produced branded merchandise including seed packets, tea cups and cupcakes.
