We started by immersing ourselves in the brand, visiting some developments, speaking with key stakeholders, conducting a brand audit and undertaking a competitor analysis.
We then used this insight to create a stand-out look and feel for the brand, introducing a bold new colour palette and typeface, making recommendations for imagery and tone of voice, providing a concept book for feedback.
During the design process, we introduced a bold navy background with a grid overlay, giving the brand stand out and enabling the client to call out key sales messages. We also introduced a hallmark ‘Building high quality homes since 1987’ to reassure customers in regions where the brand is not yet as well established.
Once the design concepts were approved, we developed an easy to use set of brand guidelines and a range of online and offline marketing design templates, including adverts, site signage, leaflets and mailers, giving the client everything they needed for rollout.
