Harrogate Spring Water is the number one water brand in the out of home and food service markets, the number two water brand in the on-trade and has been voted ‘The World’s Finest Sparkling Water’.

As a company, Harrogate Spring Water prides itself on operating with respect and integrity to ensure that the environment, its people and the local community are at the heart of what it does.
Since 2020, Harrogate Spring Water has been a Certified B Corporation, becoming the first company in North Yorkshire to achieve the accreditation. This independent verification shows a business is meeting high standards of performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials.

In order to achieve and maintain its certification, the company has to demonstrate its accountability, performance and transparency across a range of factors including environmental impact, employee benefits, charitable giving and supply chain practices.

UK Natural Source Water producer to adopt a ground-breaking >50% post-consumer recycled content (rPET) across its entire range.

Zero waste

Has sent zero waste to landfill from its Harrogate site for over a decade.

Has its Harrogate site powered by 100% renewable energy resulting in zero Scope 2 carbon emissions.

Harrogate Pump Rooms

We were asked by Harrogate Spring Water to help put together a B Corporation Impact Report outlining the company’s continued improvements to its environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments and to boosting its B Impact Assessment score – the independent mark which shows how well the company is living up to its promises.

We liaised with the team at Harrogate Spring Water, taking on board their brand guidelines, existing creative assets and key messaging to create a 12-page report to be shared with the B Corporation assessors and with the public.

The resulting publication is now on the company’s website and helps to tell the story of Harrogate Spring Water’s continuing commitment to ESG and its corporate values.
