True North Construction is a North East building company specialising in high-specification residential projects, including bespoke new builds, extensions and refurbishments.
With a leadership team bringing over 50 years of combined industry experience, the business has built a strong reputation for quality delivery, technical expertise and efficient project management. As the only Passivhaus builder in the region, the team wanted to reflect this distinction through a refreshed brand presence, an objective we were engaged to deliver.
Our approach began with a comprehensive review of the brand’s current positioning, alongside an audit of regional competitors within the construction sector. This process identified a clear opportunity to differentiate, leading to the development of a positioning centred on creating spaces as individual as the clients themselves.
Across both the visual and verbal identity, the brand emphasises the delivery of homes that reflect each client’s personal vision, lifestyle and sustainability goals, underpinned by a clear understanding of how they want to live.
We developed a cohesive suite of brand materials to bring this positioning to life, including applications across vehicle livery, clothing and on-site PPE and everyday marketing assets. The outcome is a considered and consistent visual identity that now aligns with the company’s ambitions.
